Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the RowTick service and the purchase of conversion pages. The service is provided by SEKIDAM, whose full identity is set out in the Legal notice. By creating an account or purchasing pages, you accept the terms in force on that date.
Version of these terms: 2026-10-07.
2. The service
RowTick converts PDF bank statements into usable data (spreadsheet, CSV and other formats offered on the site). The text of the statement is read by an artificial intelligence model, then checked by automated controls (reconciliation of amounts and balances). The service accepts files within the size, page count and format limits stated on the site.
3. Account
- Use of the service requires an account, created by signing in with a Google account.
- The service is reserved for adults with legal capacity to contract, acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a business.
- You are responsible for access to your Google account and for any use made of your RowTick account.
- You may request the closure of your account at any time by writing to contact@rowtick.com.
4. Conversion pages and prices
- The service is paid for in conversion pages, purchased in advance in bundles, at the current rates displayed on the site at the time of purchase (Credits page). Prices are stated in euros, including all taxes.
- Purchased pages do not expire. They are attached to the account and are not transferable.
- Each page of the uploaded PDF uses one page of your balance, debited on upload. A conversion is refused if the balance is insufficient.
- A failed conversion (unreadable or rejected file, or service error) is automatically credited back to your balance. An identical file already converted and verified on your account, and still retained, is not counted again. A result that is produced but flagged as “unverified” is a completed conversion: its pages are counted.
- Except under the right of withdrawal (article 7) or if we discontinue the service, pages are not refundable in cash.
5. Ordering
Ordering a bundle of pages takes four steps:
- On the Credits page, you choose a bundle; its number of pages and its total price including all taxes are displayed before you make any commitment.
- You tick the box by which you accept these terms, request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under the conditions of article 7. Without this box, the purchase cannot be started.
- You are redirected to Stripe's secure payment page, which summarizes the bundle and the total price. Until you have confirmed payment, you can correct your choice: return to the Credits page to change bundles, or abandon the order without paying anything.
- The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms the payment: the pages are immediately credited to your account and the new balance is displayed on the site.
These terms are available in English and French. The version written in the customer's language prevails.
6. Payment
Payment is made online at the time of purchase, through the payment provider Stripe. We neither receive nor store your card details. An invoice is available on request at contact@rowtick.com.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you are in principle entitled to withdraw within fourteen days of the purchase, without giving any reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
The service is performed immediately: pages can be used as soon as they are credited and each conversion delivers its result at once. For this reason, before payment, the consent box on the Credits page has you expressly request immediate performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been performed (article L221-28, 1° and 13°, of the French Consumer Code). Your consent is recorded with the date and time of the purchase and the version of the terms accepted.
Consequently, no withdrawal is possible for pages already used by a conversion. The unused pages of a bundle remain refundable if you withdraw within fourteen days of the purchase: they are refunded using the original means of payment, within fourteen days of your request.
To withdraw, send us an unequivocal statement before the period expires, to contact@rowtick.com or by post to the head office address, for example using the model withdrawal form reproduced in the appendix.
8. Your commitments
- Upload only documents you are entitled to process: your own statements, or those of clients or third parties who authorize you to do so.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, or attempt to circumvent its limits, access controls or billing.
- Do not disrupt the service, in particular through massive automated submissions.
9. Results and liability
We use reasonable means to provide accurate conversions and an available service, but cannot guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. The automated controls flag the discrepancies they detect but do not cover everything (in particular some dates and some descriptions). It is your responsibility to check the results against the original statement before any accounting, tax or legal use.
For business customers, our liability is limited to direct damages and, in total, to the amounts paid during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability. For consumers, the statutory guarantees apply, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
10. Document retention
Uploaded PDFs and their results are automatically deleted after seven days, or sooner if you delete them. Download the exports you need before then. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
11. Contract archiving
Each purchase is recorded with its bundle, amount, date, payment reference, the version of these terms accepted and the timestamp of your consent. This record, together with each successive version of the terms, is kept by the publisher for ten years from the purchase, a period that covers the statutory obligation to archive orders of €120 or more (articles L213-1 and D213-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). You may access it at any time on request at contact@rowtick.com.
12. Suspension and closure
We may suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, after informing the account holder except in an emergency. If we stop providing the service, purchased and unused pages are refunded. Unused pages of an account closed at the request of its holder are not refunded, subject to article 7.
13. Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms, in particular to develop the service or change prices. The new version applies to purchases and uses made after it is published; account holders are informed by email or on the site before it takes effect. Pages already purchased remain usable.
14. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint should be sent to contact@rowtick.com. If you are a consumer and your complaint has not been resolved, you may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator: [À COMPLÉTER : nom, adresse postale et site web du médiateur de la consommation choisi].
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. A consumer retains the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. For business customers, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the publisher's registered office.
Appendix: model withdrawal form
